Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates, destination, and package size/weight.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Sales tax may be applied at checkout where legally required.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, customs fees, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We cannot refund any customs duties paid if you return your order for a refund.

Important Customs Information

  • Custom officials may request your Tax ID or Social Security Number during import

  • This is a legal requirement we cannot override - failure to provide this information when requested will result in the shipment being returned to sender

  • Any return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility

  • We cannot refund any customs duties paid if you return your order


RETURNS

14-Day Return Window

Within 14 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in perfect condition without signs of use or handling. We ask that you keep all protective packaging intact to ensure safe return shipping.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition with no signs of use or handling

  • Original protective packaging must be intact

  • Returns showing damage may only qualify for partial refunds to cover replacement of damaged components

Quality Inspection Process

  • Received: You'll be notified when we receive your return

  • Inspection: Items undergo quality inspection and grading

  • Refund: Refunds are processed based on inspection results with any applicable deductions

  • Processing Time: Refunds take up to 10 business days to process

Rejected Deliveries

If you reject delivery due to import duties, we will work to have the goods returned to us. Once safely received and inspected, a refund will be processed minus return shipping costs.
